License Terms and Region License Selection
An active license agreement for Milliman Health Trend Guidelines™ (HTGs) is required for access to this tool, the data therein, and the raw data files. The use of this data as a settlement vehicle for a financial transaction such as a trend guarantee or swap is expressly prohibited under the scope of this license agreement. The use of Milliman HTGs™ as a settlement vehicle requires a separate license agreement. Please contact Milliman HTGManager@milliman.com for more information.

The use of the Milliman Health Trend Guidelines™ (HTGs) require an active license agreement. Annual license fees (2021) are $9,200 for the first index and $3,300 for each additional index.
* This is only an estimate for annual standalone license. Current Commercial Health Cost Guidelines subscribers receive a discount on invoice. Maximum annual license fees for non-custom indices is $54,000 at which point client receives the entire suite.
